Woody Allen’s award-winning film Blue Jasmine is being shown by Harpenden Film Society next Tuesday, June 3.
The screening of the movie starring Oscar winner Cate Blanchett as a deeply-troubled New York socialite begins at 8pm in Harpenden Public Halls.
Down on her luck and out of money, she goes to stay with her sister (Sally Hawkins) where the human consequences of financial crisis unfold.
Tickets are £5 for non members, £3.50 for members, available from www.harpendenfilmsociety.co.uk, WHSmith in Harpenden or from the Public Halls in advance or on the door.
