TALENTED local children are being sought to perform in a concert of musical theatre at Harpenden Public Halls in November.
Sing With The Stars auditions are being held at the Public Halls on Saturday, where a panel of professional musical theatre judges will be choosing 50 of the most talented eight to 18 year olds to sing alongside the West End stars.
They include Michael Xavier who has played the lead in shows such as The Phantom of the Opera and Mamma Mia and Lindsey Wise who has performed in Cats, Carousel and Showboat.
The successful children will be appearing on stage on Sunday, November 1, in a professional concert and performing numbers from Oliver, Hairspray, Les Miserables and more.
In addition West End Voices, which is putting on the concert, will be giving away scholarships to the two most talented children who will also be given a solo spot in the concert.
