RISING star international pianist Simon Watterton returns to a city centre church next Wednesday, April 19, to open the summer series of lunchtime recitals.
Having already made his mark with Beethoven sonatas, this time he will be bringing Mozart, Janacek and some Brahms to bear including Brahms’ Rhapsody in E flat Op.119.
The free concert is at St Peter’s Church, St Albans, at 1pm with proceeds towards Grove House.
