PENGUIN, based on the award-winning book by Polly Dunbar, is being performed at the Trestle Arts Base in St Albans on Sunday.
Aimed at three to seven year olds it tells of Ben’s delight when he rips open his present to find a penguin inside.
In a bid to get his penguin to communicate, Ben fires him into outer space but even that does not work. It is only when a passing lion intervenes that the penguin finally speaks.
Long Nose Puppets are putting on the show at 11.30am at the theatre in Russet Drive. Tickets are 10, 8 and 32, available from the box office on 01727 850950 or go to www.allaboutstalbans.com
