St Albans City’s club historian Dave Tavener has appealed for help to identify people in an old photograph.
He received two of photos from the late 1940s or early 1950s concerning Carlton Football Club, effectively a forerunner to St Albans City Youth FC.
In the second photo (Photo Two) are: Dick East (far right), who went on to be City assistant secretary from 1959-64 and secretary from 1964-67; McFarland and Nunn (far left) – their christian names are not known.
In the first photo (Photo One) Spud Taylor (far right) has been identified.
