Joe Welch has been named as St Albans City’s player of the month for October by sponsors allseven24.
City’s custodian kept two clean sheets in five games, against Brackley Town in the third qualifying round of the FA Cup and at Weston-Super-Mare. The Saints won both games 2-0.
The Harpenden Construction Limited October 2014 Player of the Month is Joe Welch. The award, sponsored by Harpenden Construction Limited, will be presented to Welch prior to Saturday’s game against Whitehawk by Phill Spokes, CEO of allseven24, the after hours travel service.
