Joe Welch has scooped his second consecutive player of the month award for St Albans City.
After winning the October award, November’s sponsors, Saints Thursday Night Music Quiz Team, picked City’s goalkeeper for the second straight month after he recorded two more clean sheets - he now has seven on the season - and helped his side to three wins and a draw from seven matches.
The award, sponsored by Harpenden Construction Limited, will be presented to Welch prior to Saturday’s game against Bath City
by Davy McLean.
