ST Albans City slipped off the pace at the top of the Conference South after losing at Bognor Regis Town on Saturday.
Leaders Weymouth extended their lead over City to six points and Havant and Waterlooville continued their strong push with a win at Hayes to take second spot.
City were 2-0 down at half time but rallied in the second period and scored through Lee Clarke before the end.
London Colney FC continued their indifferent form in the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division. The Blueboys crashed 3-1 at Holmer Green, while Division One champions elect Colney Heath suffered a shock reverse at home against Buckingham Athletic. Harpenden Town had their home match against Hanwell Town postponed.
The Magpies still have a 14-point lead at the top of the division but they face another test when they go to top five outfit Sun Postal Sports on Saturday.
