MAN of the Match Jamie Watts scored a goal in each half as the Under 18s West beat Nascot Wood 5-1 in the League Cup. Ben Ryan, Daniel Burtt and Martin Hunter also scored.

Spencer Mardel-Clarke and Ben Lazarus scored as the Under 18s South drew 2-2 with Hemel Hempstead.

The Under 18s East lost 4-2 to Omonia with Yasin Boodhoo and Barnaby Mayles netting for Saints.

Man of the Match James Lowthian scored twice but the Under 16s East lost out 5-3 to Belstone. Michael Alderman also scored.

James Sissons scored a consolation goal as the Under 16s East were beaten 15-1 by Comets in the Challenge Cup. Neil Jardine was named Man of the Match.

The Under 15s East lost their first game of the season when they went down 2-1 away to Muswell Hill. Ashley Talbot scored the goal for Saints.

Dominic Oliver scored a fine goal for the Under 15s West but they lost out 2-1 to Finchley Revolution.

Two goals from Ben Blight and a strike from Kobayne Wilson ensured the Under 14s West recorded a 3-1 win against Hadley Wood.

Rob Knibbs scored twice and Josh Farmer, Callum Maginnis and Kieran Gastaldi-Davies each netted as the Under 13s East beat Stevenage Borough 5-0. Man of the Match Robbie Goldstone put in a fine display to keep a clean sheet in goal.

Noah Grisenthwaite struck a superb hat trick as the batting Under 13s South went down 8-3 to Roebuck Wanderers. Jack Pugh was named Man of the Match.

Luke Ferdinand scored a hat trick and was named Man of the Match as the Under 13s North beat Hadley Rangers 6-4. Danny O'Donovan scored two and Sam Bignell netted the other goal.

Central midfielder Robbie Tominey-Nevado was named Man of the Match as the Under 12s North won 4-1 away to London Colney. Matt Cross and Sian Brune-Franklin also scored.

Alex Hall and Jamie Ashton each netted hat tricks as the Under 12s East beat Redwood Rangers 13-2. Kieran Thorne and Callum Glennister scored two each and the other goals were scored by Jordan Warshawsky, Chris Ladyman and George Stubbs. Man of the Match was Anthony Gosling who impressed on the left flank.

Nathan Kelly scored on his debut for the Under 12s South but two late goals from Alexandra Park North gave them a 2-1 win. Goalkeeper William Kilpatrick was named Man of the Match.

Goals from Man of the Match Christian Edwards (two), Zack Flesch, Gerardo Smaldone and Conor Sweeney secured a 5-4 win for the Under 11s South against Evergreen in the County Cup.

Toby Parker got two goals and Sam Reynolds scored for the Under 11s North in the County Cup against Panshanger White.

The Under 11s Boreal went out of the County Cup as they lost 9-0 to Harpenden Colts. Man of the Match went to the tough tackling Tom Young.

Bradley Wood scored four goals and shared the Man of the Match award with Zack Moore as the Under 10s Orient won 5-0 at Little Gaddesden. Alex Beard scored the other goal.

Jacob Bockenhauer scored a hat trick as the Under 10s North hammered Bovingdon 8-0 in the league. Charlie Lunniss struck two goals and further goals from Kevin Kissoon, Will Mattin and Amir Stapleton sealed the rout. Bockenhauer shared the Man of the Match award with Mattin.

Jamie Fanning was named Man of the Match for an excellent display in goal as the Under 10s West took on Chorleywood. Robbie PennThomas and Harry Hawkes scored a goal each in a 4-2 defeat.

Goals from Oliver Astley, Nick Grossi and Man of the Match Luke Winks secured a 3-3 draw for the Under 10s South against Rickmansworth Rockets.

The Under 10s East lost 1-0. Jacob Grisenthwaite, Alex Phipps and Man of the Match Bryn Williams played well.

Tom Levy and Daniel Hewton each scored hat tricks as the Under 9s North thumped Gadeside Rangers 12-0. Other goalscorers were Alfie Booth (two), Harry Wright (two), Ilas Bakhti and the impressive Youness Bakhti who was named Man of the Match.

Adam Skinner scored a fine equaliser as the Under 9s South drew 1-1 with Whetstone. The Under 9s East lost 3-0 to Tornados Black.

Goals from Laura Clark (two), Megan Kiff (two), Molly Slade (two), Kenny Paige (two), Rose Chabvuka (two), Charlie Lebetkin (two), Abigail Cameron and Lucy 'Slider' Hancock secured a spectacular 14-1 win for the Under 16s Girls against Headstone.

Abigail Kemball-Cooke scored two goals with some deadly finishing as the Under 15s Girls battled well but went down 4-2 to Hoddesdon Owls. Grace Campion, Kirsty Daisley and Jenna Edel all shared the Player of the Match award.

Away to Luton Town, the Under 12s Girls went down 5-0 with good performances from central midfielders Lauren Dunbar and Ciara Kirrilou.
