Global FC 2 St Albans Wanderers 3
A WHIRLWIND start by the Wanderers produced a three goal lead within half an hour.

Shaun Gibson completed the visitors' goal tally soon after, finishing off a solo run with a clinical finish.
After the storm came the calm, which saw Global taking control and getting a goal back through Poynter just before the break.
In the second half, the home team had virtually all the play and Wanderers were called upon to thwart wave after wave of attacking play.
Scott made it 2-3 with ten minutes to go, but Wanderers held out for a hard-fought victory.
On Saturday, Wanderers entertain St Margaretsbury in the second round of the Junior Cup at Verulamium Park.
