St Albans City Youth

Claudia Hutton scored with a stunning lofted shot but it was not enough as the Under 18s Girls exited the Herts County Women's Cup going down 2-1 to East Barnet Old Grammarians (EBOG) ladies. Jessica Hoare was in exceptional form along with fellow defenders Katie Ladd, Rebecca Dolphin and Caroline 'Ginger' Johnston. The Under 18s need a striker as they are missing regular goalscorer Ria Llewellyn and they are also looking for a goalkeeper to boost the squad. Contact Terry Edwards on 01727 833685 for more information about joining the team.

Goals from Lucy 'Slider' Hancock and Judith Sherman ensured the Under 16s Girls continued their unbeaten run with a 2-0 success against Northwood.

Away to Ridgeway Rovers, the Under 15s Girls fought out a 0-0 draw with Sami May and Holly Clarke thwarted by good saves. Defender Abigail Kemball-Cooke took the Player of the Match award.
