IN the final of the Middlesex County Cup at Uxbridge FC, the Under 15s Girls lost 4-3 to Harrow St Marys. Hayley Ladd scored a cracking goal when she beat three players and fired high into the net. Alice Warwick set up Molly Slade to net the second and Michaela Fleming fired home the third after a corner kick.
The Under 14s Girls had just 10 players but still beat Hoddesdon Owls 3-1. Coral Clayton fired in a fine goal from outside the box and Abigail Kemball-Cooke scored two excellent goals. Christina Freestone and Abigail Kemball-Cooke shared the joint Player of the Match prize. Holly Clarke and Juliet Parker shared the goalkeeping duties with a half each and both played well.
