Harpenden Town had two games to forget in the space of four days.
Tuesday night saw them hammered 7-0 at home in the SSML Division One by third in the table side Bedford.
That had followed Saturday’s 3-1 home loss to Herts Senior County League Premier Division outfit Bushey Sports Club in the Anagram Records Trophy.
Harry Hunt netted for the Harps at the weekend.
They will be hoping for better this Saturday as they head to Southall in the league.
