Karl Lewis netted both goals and late strikes from Mark Maher and Ry Hardy ensured Town were sent crashing out 4-0.
On Saturday in Division One, Harps were defeated 2-0 by New Bradwell St Peter. Brendan Quill and Kevin Hyde scored the goals for the home side.
Harpenden go away to Hoddesdon Town in the Herts Senior Centenary Trophy semi final on Saturday. They are then back in league action on Wednesday with a trip to face Kentish Town.
