The other goals came from Duncan Gray, Lee Bennett, James Lynch, Craig Linney and Aaron Delaney. Scott Dalton and Joe Meija replied for Athletic.

Club secretary Pete Bishop scored his first ever goal for Bricket Wood and Andrew Alsop added a penalty but they went down 6-2 to Sun Postal.

Greenwood Park progressed to the last 16 with a comfortable 5-1 win over Hadham Villa, thanks to goals from Matt West (three), Rob Barron and Joe Smyth.

An inspired performance by Andris Apsa and goals from Robert Carragher, Jack Samuels and Mark Stitchbury gave Old Albanians a 3-1 away win against RH Motors.

The Ridge were knocked out of the cup by Croxley, losing 4-3. Scoring for Ridge were David Bailey, Billy Ordinaire and Billy Unite.

Knockout Cup: Vision booked a spot in the semi-final with a 4-3 win over AFC Rangers. Michael Langdon (three) and Ricky Farmer scored the goals. Spencer Clarke-Mardel netted all of Rangers’ goals.

Jame Yates’ hat-trick, plus singles from James Ewington and Gary Findlay saw Harpenden Arms beat Skew Bridge 5-2. Scoring for Bridge was Ben Warren.

Premier Division: Oaks picked up three points in a 2-0 win against fellow strugglers Bull & Tiger. Harry Hunt and Rob Gilham scored the goals

Division One: Phoenix earned a 2-1 win over Nicholas Breakspear OB Res with goals from Josh Lamonaca and Harry Cunningham.

Precision recorded an emphatic 5-1 win against Church End. On the scoresheet for the Seeds were Nelson Da Silva, Jay Caines, Dean Thompson, Chris Griffin and Matt Day.

London Colney Cannon’s Matt Hudson scored the only goal of the game as they beat Wheathampstead Icarus.

League leaders Skew Bridge Res completed the double over Brookmans Park with a 7-2 win. The goals were scored by James Elliott (four), Simon Beazley (two) and Joe Burgess. Park’s reply came from Ben Bagshaw and Nick Goodwin.

Division Two: PSV’s Craig Taylor led from the front, scoring a hat-trick in a 6-0 romp of FC Potters Bar. Jason Nicolaou (two) and Craig Ashurst also scored.

Queens Head Sandrige’s Matt Corran scored in a 1-1 draw with Phoenix Res, who had George Hackett on target.

A goal from Elisandro Lima helped Vision Res to a 1-1 draw against Veer Dhara.

Division Three: Dukes beat Cottonmill 1-0 thanks to an Antony Brown penalty.

St Albans Royals returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Radlett Village thanks to goals from Julian Chiew and Robert Marven.

Division Four: St Albans Rangers continued their unbeaten run with a 3-1 win over AFC Mymms.

Rangers’ goals were scored by Sam Carrington, Pedro Silva and Charlie Medlin. Mymms’ reply came from Jon Wheatcroft.

Queens Head Sandridge Res had a convincing 5-2 win over White Horse. The goals came from Jack Faulder (two), Luke Foster (two) and Chris Wickens. Marc Farrow and Jamie Cunnington replied for Horse.

Phoenix A beat Brookmans Park A 3-2 thanks to goals from Chris Wynn, Thomas Upton and Jack Williams. Parks’ goals came from Oli Thomas and Dom Woolard.

Harpenden Colts OB routed Snug Bar 5-0. Colts’ goalscorers were Dan Fensome (three) and Matt Richardson (two).

Division Five: Stonewood continue to steam-roll the league with their 11th straight win, this time beating Jersey Farm 6-1. The goals were scored by James Brady (three), Barry Chamberlain, Ryan Smith and Rudi Stevens.

George Redbourn completely dominated 10-man Marquis of Granby, winning 3-1 success with goals from Ali Dearman, Lee Goldsmith and Nick Ward. James Morris scored for Marquis.

Nicholas Breakspear 90 ran out 4-2 winners against Wheathampstead Swan, who had Scott Rolls and Alex Vaughan on target.

Three late goals helped Athletico Quat to a 4-1 win over Harpenden Colts. George Calderara scored Colts’ goal.
