ST ALBANS Gymnastics Club boys’ squad stormed the Herts County Grades (HGA).
Taiga Soejima placed second with Paddy Sandford-Smith in fourth, Joseph Shewfelt in fifth, Daiki Soejima in sixth and Oscar Brice bringing the team home in seventh.
The boys competed polished and well executed routines on high bar, floor exercise and vault.
Men’s coach, Harrison Cox, said: “I am very pleased and proud of all the boys as it was such a close finish with only 1.1 between all the competitors with all of them comfortably passing their HGA Grade 2”.
