St Albans City have been handed a tough away trip in the draw for the third qualifying round of the FA Trophy.

Saints will face Lowestoft Town at Crown Meadow after today’s draw.

Lowestoft play their football in the Vanarama National League North, the same level as City, and are in 17th position.

The match will be played on Saturday, November 28.

Reaching the first round proper of the FA Cup netted the club £24,500 from the prize fund.

Victory over The Trawler Boys would see City receive £4,000.
