Youngster agrees one year deal with City

ST ALBANS City midfielder Sean Shields has signed a one-year contract with the club.

The 18-year-old, who was formerly with Rushden & Diamonds, can operate on the flanks or as an attacker and has made four appearances so far for the Saints’ first team.

Shields becomes the fourth player to sign a contract with the club following youngsters Rob Magwood, Ross Dedman and Inih Effiong.
