ST ALBANS City have been dealt a blow with the news that recent recruit Chris O’Leary has returned to Wealdstone.

The 27-year-old midfielder joined the Saints 14 days ago impressing with his combative displays in the middle of the park but has made the decision to return to the Stones after just two appearances for St Albans.

Wealdstone manager Gordon Bartlett told the Stones’ official website: “I didn’t want him to leave in the first place so I’m delighted he has made the decision to rejoin our ranks as we go into a very important stage of the season.”
