St Albans City won their third game in a row in the Vanarama Conference South with a 1-0 victory over Ebbsfleet United.

Jack Green scored his first goal for the club as the Saints avenged the 4-1 loss at Stonebridge Road earlier in the season.

City have beaten Eastbourne Borough, Gosport Borough and Ebbsfleet in their last three outings. They will look to end the season with another win when they travel to 18th-placed Hayes and Yeading on Saturday.

Hayes won the first fixture 1-0 on the opening day of the season.
