TIM Kench put in an assured defensive display to claim the Man of the Match award as the Under 15s defeated Borehamwood 2000 5-3. There were goals from midfielders Alex Nicol, Jon Howarth and James Cross while striker Frankie Parke banged in the fourth. George Martin slotted home a last minute penalty to secure victory for the Street. A determined display and well deserved victory sets the team up for their cup match at Potters Bar United.

A great team performance from the Under 8s secured a 2-1 victory against Hemel Youth Red. Callum Noonan scored both goals, with Man of the Match going to Oliver Robertson for some great passing.

The Park Street Village Club have been presented with a cheque by Cllr John Bell on behalf of St Stephen Parish Council, Station Road, St Albans to help with the setting up of two new youth teams.
