ST Columba's College continues its fine tradition in basketball and, with the season now finished, the College came away with all six County Cups. The Under 12s Basketball team collected the Rally Final in fine fashion, beating Richard Hale and making it eight successive years that this has been won by St Columba's. The Under 13s showed their potential with a comfortable win against Hemel School, while the victorious Under 14s were pushed to the final whistle by Parmiters, winning by one point.

The Under 15s made up for the disappointment just missing out on a National Final by beating St George's.

The Under 16s beat Westfield Community College to complete five years in a row and the Under 19s team also prevailed, defeating Beaumont in an exciting game.

Mr Mark Swales, Director of Sport, credited the success to the hard work and dedication of all the boys and staff throughout the year, often travelling to Essex and Northampton to gain competitive matches. Next year the college hope to challenge for National titles.
