Shenley are through to round two of the Davidstowe National Village Cup after their opponents, Steppingly, conceded the tie.

The result means Shenley will face either Datchworth or Weston in round two.

The National Village Cup is the premier competition for cricket clubs, with the final being played at Lord’s.
