Old Albanian’s U17 team trained at Allianz Park, the home of Premier Division rugby club Saracens.

With Woollams unavailable due to a junior rugby tournament, the U17s were given the chance to train at the newly-constructed stadium, which boasts a state-of-the-art artificial pitch.

The U17s have had a great start to the season; the A team is unbeaten, including a 17-10 win over Harpenden, and the B team won their opening game of the campaign.

Head coach Andy Graham said: “Whilst maintaining our five year unbeaten league record against Harpenden was great, we have maintained a strong depth of players and we are only one of two clubs in the county running two sides at this age group.

“Although the B team won their initial league fixture, we are still looking for some new players to give depth to the age group over the winter months.”

The squad is coached by Graham and former Harlequins scrum half Rob Glenister. Any potential players can contact Graham Graham Perrin on 07799 868001.
