The wheels finally came off Sandridge 2nds’ unbeaten run on Saturday, when they suffered a 45-run defeat to Kings Langley 3rds.
Sandridge won the toss and asked Kings Langley to bat first. Once again the Sandridge bowling attack with Dave Camm (5-44) and Graham Perrin (3-49), backed up some good fielding and catching, reduced the opposition to 118 all out.
In reply, Sandridge never got the start they needed against a strong bowling attack, and were dismissed for a miserable 73.
