St Albans City have signed Jack Lampe.

The 23-year-old defender was most recently with league rivals Concord Rangers and has also played for Bishop’s Stortford when the club was in the Conference North.

A Glenn Hoddle Academy graduate, Lampe started his career at Harlow Town before move to West Ham, where he played for the U18s.

Lampe’s grandfather, Derek, made 88 appearances for Fulham between 1956 and 1963 and represented England Youth.
