St Albans City returned to training last week as preparation got underway for another season in the National League South.
New signing Jack Lampe joined the rest of the squad at Nicholas Breakspear School on Saturday. Lewis Hilliard and Billy Medlock, City’s other recent signings, trained with their new team-mates last Thursday, but missed this weekend’s session.
The first friendly of pre-season is on July 7 against Dagenham and Redbridge at Clarence Park. Kick-off is 7.45pm.
