ST ALBANS City Ladies came from 2-0 down to earn a draw with Arlesey Town Ladies.
Kate Clarke found space early on but her shot crashed into the side netting.
The visitors took the lead when a shot was deflected past goalkeeper Rebecca Atkins and they doubled their lead early in the second half following the award of a dubious free kick.
Kate Clarke had a goal ruled but that seemed to spur her on and she halved Arlesey's lead when she latched onto Caroline Johnston's pass and fired home.
Clarke again broke clear following a fine pass from Katie Ladd but her effort was saved by the visitor's 'keeper.
With just a minute left Ria Llewellyn released Clarke and although her first effort was saved she scored from the second attempt.
