St Albans Striders took four top ten places in the 5km St Albans Parkrun on Saturday.
Matt Hunt was fourth in 17:55, Martin Whitworth fifth in 17:56, Ed Bailey eighth in 18:01 and Pablo Plaza Lastras 10th in 18:25. Jenny Maddocks was second lady in 19:41.
Further afield Steve Buckle led the Barnstaple Parkrun by more than two minutes, finishing first in 16:54.
Wendy Walsh continued her good form finishing second lady in the Blackpool 10 mile race in 1:07:35. Jack Brooks finished the Derry Marathon in 3hrs 48mins, third in the veteran 60 category. Andrew Maher, Conrad Wild and Mark Travers completed the Northamptonshire 35 mile ultra race.
