In fact, only a late try allowed Kilburn to sneak a 10-6 victory in a game that could have gone either way.

Vees’ next league game is this Saturday at London Nigerians, 3pm kick-off.

The 2nds won 35-12 against Belsize Park while the 3rds lost 70-15 to Luton 3rds.
