St Albans Artistic Roller Skating Club held its club championship last weekend.

Sixteen skaters competed across 10 disciplines for the coveted trophies.

In the primary age group, Jay Buttigieg won the solo dance and the figures and free. Emily Day was also a multi-award winner, scooping four senior trophies: free skating, figures, free dangce and figures and free.

Elyse Brigham won the figures and free and Jemima Saunders took the solo dance in the novice category. In the intermediate class, Gracie Warren scooped the figures and free trophy and Grabriella Scalisi lifted the solo dance title.

Charlotte Benjamin-Warner won the Jubilee Trophy for her dedication to the sport and Warren was selected for the Stars Trophy for her manner of performance throughout the competition.
