PSV U16s were unlucky to lose out against Whetstone Wanderers Jaguars despite taking the lead three times with goals from Frankie Parke and Charlie Medlin.
Tim Kench and James Cross put in determined performances and George Martin came close when a 25 yard lob curved just past the post. In a closely fought & well matched game, Whetstone took the first points of the season winning the match 4-3 in the dying minutes.
A nail biting finish to the U9s first match of the season ended with them coming back from two goals down against Little Gaddesden Yellow to win 4-3. It was thanks to a great Callum Noonan hat trick, and a superb strike from Sebastian Hesketh. The whole team earned the Man of the Match award.
The U16s are looking for experienced players to add to their newly promoted squad. For further details please contact manager Chris Day after 6pm on
