OLD Albanian Under 14s returned victorious from their Easter tour to Norfolk with three impressive displays.

The OAs took 37 players on the tour and started with a match at Beccles RFC. The forwards and backs combined superbly and newcomer, Barnaby Flynn, finished the game off in style with a fine try in the corner. The final score was 55-22 to OAs.

On Sunday, the Woollams boys travelled to Lowestoft & Yarmouth RFC to play L&Y and Broadland RFC. Despite blizzard conditions the visitors were soon in front in the first game. Some tremendous defensive tackling from full back Cameron Parker helped secure a 34-7 victory for OAs.

The final game of the tour was against a scratch side from Broadland RFC. They put up some spirited resistance but were unable to keep the visitors out for long. With Lyle Stewart driving his pack forward from scrum half and making some incisive darts himself, once again the OAs were victorious, 30-12.
