The competition was held in Toronto, Canada, during thunder storms and driving rain. Sarah, from Harpenden, is a member of OA Saints Rugby Club and helped inspire England to a 30-7 victory against the hosts in the final on Sunday.

England had earlier defeated Wales to reach the final and also beat Canada 31-5 in the opening match of the tournament. All at OA Saints congratulate Sarah and the England team on their success.
