Mary Perrott shot at the Junior National archery championships at the National Sports Centre in Lilleshall at the weekend, finishing in third place Junior Girls Compound. This is the largest junior event in the UK, with over 260 competitors, and takes place over two days.
Mary has been a member of Abbey Bowmen Archery Club in St Albans since 2000, and although still a junior competes at most competitions against the senior archers.
She has represented GB twice at the world championships, and has been a member of the Hertfordshire Junior team for the past five years, and the senior team for the past three.
