City of St Albans Swimming Club won five medals at the Irish Age Group National Championships.
The club has seven swimmers - Liam and Rosa Curran, Callum Keane, Georgie Lawson, Alex and Monica Ong and Dan Schindler - at the championships at the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin.
Every swimmer achieved personal best long course times and CoStA had swimmers in 13 finals. Liam Curran won gold in the 100m fly and 100m free and silver in the 200m free while Alex Ong took silver in the 200m breast stroke.
Keane, Alex Ong, Liam Curran and Schindler also won gold by five seconds in the 15 and under medley relay.
