LOTTIE Simpson scored the only goal of the game as St Albans took victory against Woking at Clarence Park on Saturday.
Albans ensured a positive result from their first match outdoors since November 2007 when Simpson scored from open play on 43 minutes. The win made it four matches unbeaten for Albans and they are now eighth in the table on 16 points.
On Saturday Albans travel away to St Austell who they beat 4-1 at Clarence Park earlier in November.
l St Albans Men's team beat Cambridge City 4-1 to leapfrog their opponents back into second place in East League Premier A.
