Tie to take place at Cotlandswick on Saturday, November 1
London Colney will host Baldock Town in the first round of the FA Vase.
Tom Oram scored twice, whilst Scott Rennie and Lee Harman were also on target as Baldock beat Long Melford 4-3 in a thrilling tie at Top Field.
Colney, who are mid-table in the Spartan South Midlands Premier, beat Essex Senior League side Stansted 2-1.
The match will take place on Saturday, November 1 at Cotlandswick - 3pm kick-off.
