London Colney martial arts trainer wins coaching award

TAI CHI instructor Sally Golding has been presented with the Enfield Adult Sports Coach of the Year Award for 2013.

The London Colney Adventure World trainer was one of 16 candidates nominated for the impressive award, which is designed to celebrate the best sports coach in the Enfield borough

She received the honour to mark her consistent hard work within the local community as a Tai Chi instructor, which includes her weekly classes at London Colney Adventure World

Golding said: “It is absolutely amazing to win this award and I am thrilled that my hard work has made a difference to members of the local community. I have always loved Tai Chi and it’s great to be able to share my passion with others.

Alex Bedford, contract canager at London Colney Adventure World, added: “All the staff and management here at London Colney Adventure World are thrilled that Sally has received the award, recognising her contribution to the local community and excellence in Tai Chi. We would like to offer congratulations from everyone at the centre.
