London Colney will face Holmer Green at home in the second round of the FA Vase.
The Blueboys defeated Godmanchester Rovers 3-0 on Saturday thanks to two goals from Archie McClelland and one from Dave Parkinson.
And the next challenge will see fellow Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division Holmer Green arrive at Cotlandswick.
The two side’s met last month with Colney winning 2-0.
The 128 remaining teams in the Vase will play their second matches on Saturday, November 12.
Colney have had an excellent start to the season.
They are 11 points clear at the top of the division having won 12 and drawn one of their 14 games.

Saturday’s success in Cambridgeshire was their 18th victory in all competitions.
