A late penalty downed Colney Heath after they staged a stunning comeback against 10-man Berkhamsted at the Recreation Ground.
Levi Gunn scored a second-minute goal to cancel out BJ Christie’s very early opener. The game then swung in the Magpies’ favour when Josh Chamberlain was shown a straight red card.
It was the visitors who reacted better, though, and two goals before half-time, from Ashley Morrissey and Adiel Mannion, gave them a 3-1 lead.
Jack Grosvenor started the comeback with Heath’s second goal before Courtney Lawrence levelled the game late on. The half ended in a cruel twist for the Magpies as the referee awarded a penalty and Courtney Massay dispatched the spot kick to earn Berkhamsted an unlikely victory.
