JULIA Power's scored as Harpenden Ladies drew 1-1 with their Stevenage counterparts. The game was very even against a strong Stevenage team but Harpenden took the lead following a fluent combination of passes and movement that left the defence stranded, giving Carly Watson space in the D to slide the ball to Power who fired home.

Stevenage upped the tempo after the interval and they created several opportunities of their own. The Harps team defended well but Stevenage drew level when a shot in a crowded circle managed to miss everyone and nestled in the back of the goal.

Two goals from Tom Bunbury helped Harpenden Men to a 4-0 win away at Colchester. Daniel Burgess and Alastair Hutson also found the net to complete the scoring.
