HERTFORDSHIRE picked up narrow wins against BB & O and Bedfordshire on Sunday. Will Aldred of Mid Herts won both his matches by impressive margins, 6&5 against Beds and 5&3 against BB&O. Alex Lee of Stevenage also picked up two wins
HERTFORDSHIRE picked up narrow wins against BB & O and Bedfordshire on Sunday.
Will Aldred of Mid Herts won both his matches by impressive margins, 6&5 against Beds and 5&3 against BB&O. Alex Lee of Stevenage also picked up two wins and there were victories for James Bosnan of Sandy Lodge, Tom Hughes, Matthew Siggins and Billy Woodcraft.
Herts won both matches 51/2 to 41/2. BB&O and Beds drew 5-5. The Herts youngsters, many of them starting out on the representative honours, exhibited exemplary conduct and put in a performance to be proud of.
