Herts Ad Sunday League: Honeywood completes St Albans IFC Junior Cup comeback

St Albans IFC came from two goals down to win their Junior Cup tie 4-2 against Bradmore Rovers.
The introduction of Anthony Roche and Cal Marjoram moving to midfield proved decisive as, in extra-time, top-scorer Jason Nicolaou gave St Albans the lead for the first time before Harry Honeywood secured safe passage to the next round.
KNOCKOUT CUP: Division Two outfit Blacksmiths Arms recorded a 5-0 win against Division One’s FC Potters Bar. The goals came from Jamie Sharp (two), Dean Skipsey, Aidan Golds and Oli Franks.
PREMIER DIVISION: Nicholas Breakspear OB won 3-0 against Phoenix thanks to goals came from Jay Caines (two) and Trevor Stevens.
DIVISION ONE: Will Bates proved instrumental, scoring two and setting up another, as Skew Bridge Reserves beat Six Bells 5-2. Simon Beazley (two) and Harry King were also on target.
Goals by James Owen (two) and Nathan Jackson gave Bull and Jacks a 3-1 win against Chequers Inn.
DIVISION TWO: Pennine Spartans weathered a second-half fight-back to win 6-4 against Queens Head. Having been 5-1 down, Queens pulled it back to 5-4 before Pennine sealed the win with a late goal. Pennine’s goals were scored by Myer Fuller, Aaron Flood, Ben Durrant, James Durrant, Jamie Smith and Jamie France.

DIVISION THREE: CHL recorded their first points of the season, drawing 1-1 against Harpenden Colts, thanks to George Brennon’s goal. Chris Newcombe replied for Colts.
Dene Lewis continued his goal-scoring form with his third hat-trick for Radlett Village in a 5-0 win against Greenwood Park. The other goals came from Alex English and Louis Fernandes.
DIVISION FOUR: Jason Slough scored four goals as Wheathampstead Crown routed Camp KBK 8-1. Tom Simmonds, Ben Conrad and substitute Neil Stevenson (two) scored the other goals.
Marshalswick Rovers and Herts Mauritians shared the points after a 1-0 draw. Steve Bellard equalised for Rovers.
DIVISION FIVE: Stonewood Reserves recorded a 4-3 win against George Redbourn. The goals came from Reedan Pearce, Ryan Smith, Curtis Cumberbatch and Daniel Bisby.
