Danny Burrows scored a hat-trick with Ally Hill, Ant Walsh, Bernard Bradshaw, Dexten Simpson, Jack Gage and Mark Johnson chipping in with one each.

Two goals from Mark Hitchcock and a Harry Hunt single gave Skew Bridge a hard earned 3-2 win against a very spirited New Jacks.

A lone goal from Ashley Gumbs couldn’t save newly promoted Stonewood from going down 2-1 against Nicholas Breakspear OB.

Blacksmiths Arms and Facelad shared the points in a 2-2 draw in Division One.

Dean Skipsey and Aidan Golds scored for Arms and Dave French and Darren O’Brien for Facelad.

Skew Bridge Res made a good start beating Six Bells 3-2 with two goals from William Bates and a Chris Gregory single.

Harpenden Colts OB recorded a 4-0 win against Chequers Inn with goals from Aaron Goldsmith, Adam Hall, Bill Hutton and Ian Ward.

Goals from Tim Couch and Lee Sturgess gave Wheathampstead 89 a 2-1 win against TNF.

In Division Two, Phoenix made it two wins for the club when their Reserves defeated Snug Bar 2-1, thanks to goals from Mark Winch and Aron Lumsdon.

Despite a man of the match performance by Steve Wilkerson for BWCS, they fell to a 1-0 defeat against Brookmans Park Res.

Royston Rangers had a day to forget in Division Three with a 10-2 loss to St Albans Irish. Kieran Thorne scored for Rangers.

Two goals from Andrew Cox gave Athletico Quat a 4-0 win over Blackboy, with Jack Nevin and Darren Cavaree also on target.

Oaks edged home 2-1 against Jolly Sailor with goals from John Woodward and Chris Coleman.

Ritchie Jones scored for Sailor.

New Greens FC kicked off the season with a 2-1 win over Victorians thanks to goals from Jonny Leto and a wonder strike from Jay Blundell.

James Watts scored for Victorians.

Harpenden Rovers Blue and Stonewood Res drew 1-1. Reedan Pearce scored for Stonewood.

Marshalswick Rovers beat Royston Rangers Res 7-1 in Division Four, thanks to three from Steve Bellard. Jamie Moss, Ceri Dix, Matt Lacey,and Luke Tremlett got the others before Jack Samuel’s consolation.

Alex White (three) and Ashley Fongo (two) helped AFC Mymms to a 5-1 defeat of Harpenden Colts Res.

Kanyin Fagade scored for Colts.

Goals from Andrew Alsop, Mark Savory, Yannick Vangu and three for Dave Bailey saw Pinewood pick up a 9-1 win over Brookmans Park A.
