RESERVE CUP: Brookmans Park Res needed two hours of football to finally shake off Nicholas Breakspear OB 90, winning 4-3. Jasper Reimers (two) and Dan Hart (two) netted for Park. NBOB’s goals came from Cameron Leijgrave (two) and Gary Connolly.

HERTS SUNDAY SENIOR CUP: Skew Bridge got revenge for last year’s Herts Sunday Senior Cup final defeat against Boars AFC with a 3-1 win over the same opponents. Mark Hitchcock scored twice and Ben Martin added a third to ensure Skew Bridge were the team holding the cup at the end of the game.

PREMIER DIVISION: Nicholas Breakspear OB are in pole position for the Premier Division title after beating their rivals, AFC Rangers, 4-1. Dave Parkinson scored a hat-trick and Ryan Baronet added a single.

DIVISION ONE: Brookmans Park drew 2-2 with Precision thanks to goals from Dan Bedi and Nick Gaskell.

FC Potters Bar and London Colney Cannon shared the points in a 1-1 draw. Dan Taylor scored for Cannon and Gavin O’Donovan for Bar.

DIVISION TWO: Matt Corran and David Gurnett led the scoring with a hat-trick apiece in Queens Head Sandridge’s 11-0 win over AFC Welwyn. Steve Booth, Phil Turner, Adam Potter, Nick Martin and Tommy Esom were also on target.

Scott Willmott’s goal was enough to keep Veer Dhara at the top of the table after a 1-0 win against Phoenix Reserves.

Goals from Seb Ahmed, Muhammad Khan and Dan Morris saw Herts Mauritian beat Vision Res 3-1.

DIVISION THREE: Marshalswick Rovers threw away a two-goal lead in a 5-3 loss to Herts Athletic, who had Chris Payne (two), Joe Meija, Del Cleary and Scott Lewsey on the scoresheet. David Hudson, Alex Pedersen and Andy Saunders scored for Rovers.

Goals by Alan Russell and Lee Bennett gave Wheathampstead ‘89 a 2-1 win.

Cottonmill recorded their ninth league win, defeating Radlett Village 3-0 with goals from Tim Couch, Lee Sturgess and james Watt.

St Albans Royals overcame Colney Heath Rangers 2-0 with goals from Stephen Brand and Matt Brand.

DIVISION FOUR: Snug Bar beat St Albans IFC Reserves 2-0, Ruairi Cassidy and an own goal confirming the win.

Brookmans Park A team drew 1-1 with Queens Head Sandridge Res. Andy Clark was the scorer from the penalty spot with Chris Wickens replying for Queens.

Goals from centre backs Dean Cullen and Rob Durrant, Christy Torrens and a brace from Charlie Medlin saw St Albans Rangers beat Phoenix ‘A’ 5-0.

Goals from Robert Barker and Ben Cobley gave Harpenden Colts OB a 2-0 win against White Horse.

DIVISION FIVE: George Redbourn recorded their first double of the season, defeating Marquis of Granby 5-0. Dominic Leach grabbed a hat-trick and Joe Picton and Kiran Wilde added singles.

Jersey Farm drew 1-1 with White Horse Reserves. Ross Ashcroft scored for Farm.

League leaders Stonewood twice came from behind to beat Athletico Quat 4-2. Trevor Golder, Joe McMahon, Tyran Oudnie and Ben Sloan scored for Stonewood. Quat’s reply came from Dean Irvine and Aziz Oyekan.

Wheathampstead Swan had Connor Bromwich and Alex Vaughan on target as they beat Harpenden Colts OB Reserves 2-0.
