Hadley stand in the way of Harpenden Town and a place in the final of the Herts Charity Shield.
Town will face the side managed by former Tottenham and Chelsea star, Micky Hazard, in the semi-final.
The match is scheduled for Wednesday, January 27.
Hadley play their football in the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division, one step above Harpenden.
In the other semi-final, Tring Athletic face-off against Welwyn Garden City.
Harpenden reached this stage after overcoming Colney Heath in the quarter-finals.
