St Albans Ladies moved into the final of the Beds & Herts League Cup after yet another thrilling match.
They beat Sharnbrook Ladies 7-3 at home with six different goalscorers getting on the scoresheet.
Kayla Johnson started things off on seven minutes and Katie Grehan made it 2-0 six minutes later.
Hoffi Pursey pulled one back for Sharnbrook but Sophie Lawrence and then Nicola Dark, finishing off a flowing move which involved Ellie Lovelock, Kiran Reyat and Kerry Twigg, made it 4-1 at half-time.
Emma Butler got the visitors’ second early in the second half but Lovelock and Ellen Salter kept the lead increasing by making it 6-2.
Pursey got her second for Sharnbrook but the scoring was completed by Grehan with a lofted shot.
The Lady Saints will now play either Houghton Athletic Ladies or Northwood Ladies in the final, which takes place on Sunday, May 13 at AFC Kempston.
