St Albans City were beaten 5-0 by Championship side Watford on Saturday at Clarence Park.
Ikecha Anya, Mathias Ranegie, Joel Ekstrand and Cristian Battocchio (two) were on target for the Hornets as they eased to victory.
City played Eastleigh on Tuesday at Clarence Park in their next pre-season game. Kick-off is 7.30pm.
