A RECORD number of runners, joggers and walkers crossed the finishing line at Sunday's St Albans Half Marathon events.
Hundreds of fundraisers flocked to a sunny Verulamium Park to compete in the 5k run, healthy hearts jog, children's fun run, walking half marathon or running half marathon.
The winner of the 5k run with a time of just over 17 minutes was Michael Glowacki.
First place for the half marathon went to Dominic Easter, who completed the 13 mile race in one hour and 15 minutes.
